Leadership – Yoon Yen Lee

Yoon Lee has been practising UK immigration law for over 15 years. She has worked in professional services and assisted corporate clients on UK inbound immigration matters ranging from Sponsor Licence applications, visa & immigration services including intra company transfers, new hires, short and long term assignments. Her experience includes, but is not limited to a variety of sectors, including IT, high fashion, insurance, retail and legal as well as FTSE 500 companies, sole entrepreneurs, FMCG and household brands.

Yoon Lee has a strong track record reputation for offering professional, honest and quality advice with a very high success rate. She has a solid background in supporting clients who have had their Sponsor Licence downgraded and guided them through the process of reinstating their “A ” rating through the full appeal process. Her background includes audit checks, advisory and guidance.

She attained her 2:1 Law Degree from the University of Law London with commendation in GDL and distinction in LPC. Yoon Lee also completed her bachelor and master’s degree in computer science. Yoon is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Malay.
