Audit Services

As a sponsor of foreign workers under the Skilled Worker Route, you may receive a request from the Home Office’s UK Visas & Immigration Section (UKV&I) to review your immigration program. Full compliance will lead to your company securing and maintaining an ‘A’ rating. The purpose of the visit is to make sure that you :

  • have put in place processes and practices which allows you to meet (or continue to meet) your sponsorship duties
  • are compliant with your legal responsibilities towards the prevention of illegal working and other related immigration legislation

Non-compliance could lead to prosecution, the loss of your licence, or both.

Compliance Training

As a Sponsor Licence holder, you have a duty to run a compliant immigration program and to prevent illegal working. This means that you must know and identify any employee who requires permission to live and work in the UK. You must carry out the prescribed Right To Work checks or you will risk civil penalties.

We will deliver Compliance Training so that you know how to maintain ongoing compliance under the points-based system. If non-compliance is identified, we will work with you to improve your processes.
